    Help I can't login!

    We have recently changed the URL of our course website which coincides with a change in website design and branding, all of which has had a slight adverse effect on some students accessing their account and taking the module tests. This is to ensure that the speed of the website is at its best, offering your the quickest learning service possible.

    Please, could you edit any bookmark links on your web browser for the iPhotographyCourse to the following address? It will stop the same thing happening in the future. Plus emptying your web browsers cache and cookies would be a good idea too.

    The new URL to access the course is below;

    https://learn.iphotographycourse.com/

    You can still use your normal email address and password details to log on.

    If you log in now, you'll be able to carry on accessing the course as normal.


    Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer Modules not resuming

    Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer have had a recent update, which is causing the Javascript within the pages iFrame to not load. Thus, our server is pulling this through as an error and not letting your page load.


    Microsoft are aware of this problem (it happened once more in May 2017) and it should be fixed very soon! In the meantime, I would suggest using another browser, such as Chrome.

    Unfortunately, Microsoft will often automatically update your apps when you shut down the computer, but if you wish to carry on using Microsoft Edge as your chosen browser, you can undo this update.


    You can do this by following the instructions below:
    1. Open Installed Updates by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then, under Programs and Features, clicking View installed updates.
    2. Click the update that you want to remove, and then click Uninstall.

    We apologise for this inconvenience and hope that you bear with us through this process.


    How Long Do I Get Access to the Course For?

    Do I Have To Buy Photoshop To Take This Course?

    You do not need to purchase Photoshop or other image editing software.

    The ability to edit your images is an important part of photography nowadays and no photography course would be complete without covering this vital area.  During Units 17 & 18 of the iPhotography Course you will receive extensive training from our Photoshop expert on how to edit your images like a professional. This training is delivered to you step-by-step through a series of 20 online video tutorials.  

    The principles detailed in the photo editing units can be followed along using free software such as Gimp or Pixlr.com.  These programs have many of the key features of Photoshop and are more than sufficient for this part of the course.

    You can also download a FREE trial of Photoshop for the purpose of following along to our video tutorials.


    My Voucher Code is Not Being Accepted

    Please double-check the code that you are trying to enter.  A very common issue with voucher codes is with people trying to enter the letter 'i' (as in India) instead of the number '1' (one) and the letter 'O' (as in Orange) instead of the number '0' (zero) and vice versa.

    The simplest solution is to Copy & Paste the code from the voucher to the coupon field at our site.

    If you are still unable to use your voucher at our website, then please open a support ticket and include the actual code that you are trying to enter at our site so that we can investigate further.

    You can customize the header by uploading two separate files.

    The background image and goes from the left side to the right side or the screen.

    The header image should contain your companies logo and anything else you wish to put on it. It will lay on top of the background image.

    The header image should be 1138 pixels wide and the same height as the background.
    Anything smaller than 1138 pixels will work as well (It centered across the top.)
